Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) welcomes its newly appointed  new  commissioner   recently --a dynamic  IAS officer  of  1994  batch , Sanjeev Khirwar with a brunch of flower. He is expected with his vast  administrative  experiences in  various sphere to take initiative  for  city’s overall   sanitation system ,Financial Reforms making the MCD  financially  self- reliant and improving revenue collection,  streamlining  civic services  and accelerating  stalled  projects  to improve efficiency,  digital services and efficiency enhancing the ease of doing business and ensuring efficient-friendly delivery of civic services etc. in delhi.
