India prepars  to face China's threat  by Emargency Landings Facilities  near Assam China Border //   //  India's first longest rope way Vaskar Varma setu  extradosed  bridge  over  mighty  Brahmaputra //  PM Narendra Modi inaugurates  in Guwahati recently  during  his two days visit  in Assam  on 13 th and 14 th  February 2026  , India's first 6  way  lane longest Rope Way   extradosed  bridge across  India's longest   mighty River Brahmaputra  at the cost of  around Rs 3, 030  Crore after the name of Kumar Vaskar Varma  ,  who is an  ancient  great ,  learned ,  genius , famous , honest  , mighty king of  India's historic famous place  Kamrup ,  who ruled   entire north east India  including  east  Bengal  part ,  that is east  India with pride.  Assam people praises Assam CM Himanta Biswa  Sharma  for recall this  great king .  This new bridge will connect Guwahati and  North Guwahati  within  walking distance  about 7 minutes instead of one hour  time by road  or  electric  speed  boat water way  over mighty India's  longest this river.  Considering the high   seismicity of the region , the bridge incorporates    base iso lation  technology using friction    pendulum bearings. High performance stay cables have been used to ensure  durability long term structural performance.                     Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi  also opens   in his two days visit north east India's first  Emergency Landing Facility ( ELE) in Moran of Assam in Dibrugarh dist nearby China Border is now threat to  China contingency  allowing  it's military, civilian  aircraft landings on National Highway 37  enhancing defence and disaster response in Assam. ELF is threat to  China's multiple Chinese airbases across the border protecting   northeast east India in Assam ,Arunachal China border.  The 4.2 km stretch is reinforced and widened to handle or manage frontline higher fighter jets like Rafales reinforced and widened to handle or  manage frontline higher fighter jets  , transport aircraft  , helicopters designed  with both facilities and military and  civilian  use  and will use as  an alternative  to the Dibrugarh   Airport  in emergencies  using NH 37  Air RunWay road.
